Much of Line56 Media's online content and features are currently accessible to all readers without providing any personal information. However, to subscribe to many of our advanced and/or interactive services such as our online e-mail newsletters, online events/webinars, company profiles, participate in reader surveys, etc., Line56 Media occasionally requires the completion of contact, demographic survey and/or preference forms. How This Information is Used
We use the information you provide to fulfill your subscription and service requests, to respond to your inquiries about subscriptions, e-newsletters and any other applicable services or products of Line56 that we believe may be of interest to you.

We sometimes use this information to communicate with you, to notify you if your subscriptions are about to expire, to re-qualify you as a subscriber, or contact you about your account with us.

We use non-personally identifiable information that we have collected to improve the design and content of our site and to enable us to personalize your Internet experience. We also use non-personally identifiable information to aggregate and analyze site usage, both to represent our subscriber base to potential advertisers and to perform audits of circulation of subscribers to Line56 Media publications.

In the case of secure online transactions, Credit Card numbers are stored only for the duration of the transaction. Once your transaction is complete, credit card numbers in our database are scrambled.

Occasionally, Line56, through its "opt-in" Line56 Partners e-business information list service, may send you offers, promotions and information from Line56 marketing partners and advertisers who want to market products and/or services directly to our subscribers. Line56 never releases personally identifyable information, including names, addresses and e-mail address information or details given on this site directly to any 3rd party vendor or marketing agency.

Promotional e-mails transmitted by Line56 Partners are identified as coming from Line56 Partners and are fulfilled by Line56's own bonded list management vendor.
